I've had several requests for Hawaii '78. It's only been played twice in Pearl Jam history, and to be quite honest, I'm not sure which one this is. It was played on December 2, 2006 & on December 9, 2006 in Honolulu, Hawaii, and was first written and recorded by Israel Kamakawiwoole.
